  • Beschreibung: Moderne Gelelektrophoreseapparatur, vertikales Tanksystem. Die Proben aus Zelllysaten (im Bild blaue Banden) wurden zuvor mit Laemmli-Puffer gekocht und dann per Mikroliterpipette aufgetragen. Die durch Natriumlaurylsulfat negativ geladenen und denaturierten Proteine wandern dann durch das Anlegen einer Spannung durch das Polyacrylamidgel zur Anode.
