Description
English: A convoy of German ATF Dingo mine-resistant, ambush-protected vehicles assigned to the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) patrols the hills of northern Afghanistan outside Mazar-e-Sharif July 4, 2011. Soldiers assigned to ISAF, Regional Command-North, were deployed in support of Afghanistan to reduce insurgency, support growth of the Afghan National Security Forces, and facilitate governance and socioeconomic development.
