Wesley and soldiers and airmen from the Pennsylvania National Guard for the lighting of the Capitol Christmas trees, Dec. 6, 2013. The theme for this year's ceremony, 'Home for the Holidays', recognizes the selflessness displayed by the men and women of Pennsylvania's armed forces and those members of the military who recently returned home to spend the holiday with their loved ones.
