Description
English: HM Gun Scene Shifter , a 14 inch railway gun , at Camiers , 8 km NW of Étaples , France, 1918.

Note breech opening to left side, unusual for British army guns. This was originally intended to be the left-side gun in a twin turret for the Japanese battleship Yamashiro .

The dazzle camouflage pattern is clearly seen. Colours were probably brown, green and cream.
