Note that the sebil in rococo style does not belong to Zeynep's foundation, but was built by Abdül Hamit in 1778 as part of another complex, it was moved when the street passing Abdül Hamit's türbe was widened (info from Strolling through Istanbul).A sebil is a drinking fountain, where drinks would be handed out.
