Summary
English:
The Eimac 3-500C, a high power RF
triode
vacuum tube
used as a radio frequency amplifier in radio transmitters. It has maximum ratings of 500 watts anode power dissipation, 0.4 ampere DC anode current, and 4000 volts anode potential. The useable frequeny for maximum ratings is 110 MHz. As a class AB2 or C amplifier it can produce 900 W output power with 3500 V on the anode and a grid input power of 81 W. The grid and thoriated tungsten filament are attached to the terminals at the bottom, while the anode is attached to the contact cap on the top.
