Errichtet wurden das Doppelhaus um 1930 nach Plänen des Architekten Ernst Lichtblau . Es ist ein Teil einer Mustersiedlung von etwa 70 Häusern mit rund 50 verschiedenen Haustypen, die von 1929 bis 1932 gebaut wurden. An der Planung der einzelnen Häuser beteiligten sich über 30 Architekten.
