Markt, Nordseite; die Anzahl der Fenster nebeneinander zeigte den Stand des Hausbesitzers an. Einem Bauern standen zwei zu, einem Bürger drei. Alles, was vier und mehr Fenster in einer Reihe hat, wurde von Angehörigen des Adels gebaut (bauen gelassen). Die Größe der Fenster ließ dagegen auf die Vermögensverhältnisse schließen. Die Grundsteuer wurde nach der Länge der Straßenfront berechnet, deshalb sind die meisten Grundstücke schmal, aber lang.
