En la foto se puede ver con chaqueta clara al escultor, a su derecha al escritor gallego Carlos Casares, que precede a la viuda del escritor, doña María Fernanda Sánchez-Guisande Caamaño, y junto a la estatua al presidente de la RAE, Víctor García de la Concha.
