Description KC-130J Harvest Hawk (front) at Camp Dwyer Afghanistan 2011.JPG | A U.S. Marine Corps "Harvest Hawk" equipped Lockheed KC-130J Hercules (BuNo 167110) rests on the runway at Camp Dwyer, Afghanistan, on 24 March 2011. The "Harvest Hawk" system includes a AN/AAQ-30 Targeting Sight System (TSS) which is mounted under the left wing's external fuel tank and a complement of four AGM-114 Hellfire and 10 Griffin missiles. The "Harvest Hawk" variant of the KC-130J supported the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward) in providing closer air support and surveillance for troops in southwestern Afghanistan. |
