THE BUILDING WAS BUILT BY THE FIRST WAVE OF GOLD SEEKERS WHO CAME TO DAWSON IN 1898. THE BUILDING HAS HOUSED A VARIETY OF COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS INCLUDING A BLACKSMITH SHOP AND A MORTUARY. THE EARLIEST PART OF THE BUILDING IS PROBABLY THE EARLIEST SURVIVING BUILDING IN DAWSON CITY. 9692 Yukon REGISTRY
