La transformation de l'ensemble des bâtiments en centre commercial, bureaux, hôtels et centre des congrès a été confiée à l'architecte Renzo Piano. Il a également construit un héliport et un bâtiment (l'Ecrin) destiné à accueillir la pinacothèque de la famille Agnelli. |
