La alcaldesa de Madrid, Manuela Carmena, ha abogado por establecer oficinas de contacto entre los Gobiernos de las ciudades origen de las migraciones y los de las ciudades destinatarias de ellas a fin de establecer, utilizando para ello las estructuras de que dispone la ONU, un sistema ordenado y seguro de estos movimientos. La propuesta la ha formulado durante su intervención en la cumbre del Pacto Mundial para la Migración, impulsado por las Naciones Unidas, que se está celebrando desde ayer, lunes, en Marrakech (Marruecos).
