English: Labeobarbus Rüppell, 1835 collected by hook & line in fast flowing parts of Lukulu river, with rocky bottom & forested sides, Lavushi Manda National Park, Zambia, by C. Huchzermeyer & Richard Peel for the South African Institute for Aquatic Biodiversity. Green fish identified as L. cf. trachypterus, but was later also IDed as L. stappersi. Locally known as 'mpifu'. 115-215mm.
