Lorraine Apartments on the NRHP since November 27, 2002. At 699 North Broad St., Philadelphia in the Poplar neighborhood of North Philly. Willis G. Hale, architect (1892-93). Once owned (now?) by Father Divine's church, considered a cult by some, a forerunner of integration by others. building is now in terrible shape with lots of graffiti.
