Description
English: His Highness the Brunei Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin held an investiture at the Istana Darul Hana on 24 November 1960 at which recipients of His Highness's 44th birthday honours on 23rd September 1960 were awarded their orders and decorations.

The investiture was held in the Pesiban Agong and was attended by the British High Commissioner, Mr. D.C. White, members of the Royal Family, Executive and Legislative councilors, heads of departments and senior officials.

Among those who were decorated was an English lady, Mrs. M. E. Lloyd-dolbey, a long-standing resident of the State who had on several occasions in the past performed the duties of Lady-in-Waiting to Her Highness the Raja Isteri.
