Maj. Gen. Mark V. Rosenker is mobilization assistant to the Commander, Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Ga.
General Rosenker entered the Air Force in 1969 as a graduate of the University of Maryland ROTC program. He has worked at all levels of Air Force public affairs during his active duty and Reserve career. In his civilian capacity, he has been a member of the National Transportation Safety Board since March 21, 2003; Vice Chairman since April 3, 2003; and acting Chairman since March 2005. He was sworn in for his two-year term as the 11th Chairman of the NTSB on August 11, 2006. |
