Terletak di Jalan Sisingamangaraja, Medan, Masjid Raya Al Mashun berdiri kokoh dan megah. Arsitektur masjid ini merupakan perpaduan antara gaya Timur Tengah, Spanyol, dan India. Pembangunan masjid ini dimulai pada 1906 dan selesai pada 1909, dilakukan di masa Sultan Ma'mun Al Rasyid dan menghabiskan biaya sekitar 1 juta gulden.

This mosque is a witness to the history of the greatness of the Deli Malay Sultanate.
Located on Jalan Sisingamangaraja, Medan, Masjid Raya Al Mashun stands firm and majestic. The architecture of this mosque is a blend of Middle Eastern, Spanish and Indian styles. Construction of this mosque began in 1906 and was completed in 1909, carried out during the reign of Sultan Ma'mun Al Rashid and cost about 1 million guilders. |
