در سرداب مدرسه میرزا جعفر (آرامگاه شیخ حر عاملی) چندین تن از علما شامل: محمد حسن خاتون ابادی، شیخ علی شهید دوم ، محمد رضا حر عاملی ،علامه محقق سبزواری و همسرش (سرو قد خانم) و نوادگانش: حاج میرزا محمد حسن شیخ الاسلام وحاج میرزا علی اکبر شیخ الاسلام مدفون هستند که پس از طرح توسعه حرم، سنگ قبور آن‌ها منتقل شده و دیگر در این مکان وجود ندارند
