The source photographs were taken by Chowells on 19 September 2005 and are available in this gallery . They are indicated as being licensed under the GNU Free Documentation License in this post to my user talk page on the English Wikipedia.

I, Chris McKenna ( user:Thryduulf ), merged them and uploaded them to the Wikimedia commons on 26 October 2005 . The resulting merged images are also licensed under the GNU Free Documentation License.
