Summary

Description
English: This is the oldest temple in Kathmandu Valley (Nepal) built in 4th century A.D during the regime of Licchavi daynasty which is situated at Changunarayan village, 22 km from Kathmandu. Changu Narayan was rebuilt around 1700 after the temple was destroyed by fire. It is listed as one of the world heritage sites by UNESCO.
