Number_of_UNESCO_sites_registered_per_year_for_each_continent.svg

Summary

Description
English: The horizon graph represents the amount of UNESCO sites inscribed on the World Heritage List each year, from 1978 to 2023, from six different areas (Europe, Asia, America, Africa, Middle East and Oceania) ordered according to the total number of sites in them, so they can be compared over the years. Data were extracted from the UNESCO website regarding the list of UNESCO sites, while the CIA database was considered for the division into continents.
