Description U.S. President Harry Truman preparing to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at a baseball game between the Washington Senators and New York Yankees on Opening Day, 1951. Immediately to the right of Truman, in order, are Senators manager Bucky Harris, Senators owner Clark Griffith, and Yankees manager Casey Stengel.
