Summary
Description PalominoContrast.jpg |
English:
Contrast in the same palomino horse's coat color between unshed winter coat (light) and fully shed summer coat (dark). Palomino is produced by a single copy of the cream dilution gene on a chestnut base. This particular horse may also have some sooty genetics, as seen with the darkest hairs visible in the summer coat.
