Summary
Description Phoenix Pharmacy building in May 2022 - Portland, Oregon.jpg |
English:
The historic Phoenix Pharmacy Building (built 1922), at 6615 SE Foster Road in
Portland, Oregon
, is listed on the U.S.
National Register of Historic Places
. The pharmacy closed in 1969, replaced by various other tenants including a video store, and the building was vacant (except for storage use) from the 1990s until 2021. A restoration spanning from late 2020 to 2022 brought the building back into use, with the first upstairs tenants moving in in late 2021 and an outdoor-gear store, Foster Outdoor, opening in the building's ground floor space in late May 2022.
