Summary

Description
English: Photographs of American soldiers, nurses, war correspondents and labour representatives.

Two American war correspondents at the Western Front, France. Two uniformed men, we are told they are American journalists, stand in a hedged drive. They look well groomed and relaxed. The drive they are standing in is well presented and lush with vegetation. It is believed that Ernest Brooks took this photograph. American military command would require the same information and propaganda material as the British government. It is only natural that Ernest Brooks would have been interested in his counterparts, although it is a shame he does not name them. [Original reads: OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN ON THE BRITISH WESTERN FRONT - Two famous American war correspondents in France.']
