Es mostra a un governant assegut amb les cames encreuades sobre el seu tron parlant amb una persona que pateix nanisme. Per ambdós costats del tron creixen plantes de dacsa, flanquejades en la seu part inferior pels caps de K'awiil i el déu del Panís, probablement representants d'avantpassats difunts.
