Pleurotus eryngii: Yetiştiği çevrelerde
(Erzurum, Kars, Elazığ, Erzincan,Adıyaman, Ağrı, Muş, Batman, Iğdır, Tunceli, Bingöl,Hakkari, Van vb.) yöre halkı tarafından “çaşır, çakşır,çaşur, çarçur, çarşur, heliz, kırkor, göbek, göbelekve mendik mantarı” gibi değişik isimlerle tanınan(Öder, 1980; Kaya, 2001; Akyüz, 2008) P. eryngii, Mayıs ve Haziran aylarında doğadan toplanarak yol kenarlarında ve yöre pazarlarında satılmaktadır. Bu mantar türü daha çok yüksek yerlerde, dağlık alanlarda ve onların eteklerindeki düzlüklerde, kurak sahalarda, küçük çayırlıklarda, kayalık ve taşlık olan, pek bitki yetişmeyen yerler ile yol kenarlarında yetişmektedir Karaboğa Dağları Bingöl 17.05.2017 Photo by Antropolog F.BAYCUMAN |
