Postcard_Album.jpg

Summary

Description
English: Album for a postcard collection from the "Golden Age" of American postcards . The album model is "The Ideal", and it was made by the J.L. Hanson Co., Chicago. It dates from the early 1910s. The lower photo shows two ways the postcards can be held by the album pages. No label or room for a label is needed, as the American postcards of the time nearly always had a caption printed on the front, as shown here.
