Description
English: Psyche by Francis Derwent Wood, first shown as a plaster model in 1908, this bronze version was completed sometime before 1919, and considered representative of the New Sculpture movement in Britain at that time. The statue is held by the Victoria and Albert Museum in London on a long-term loan from the Tate.
