Description
English: Puttu is a traditional Kerala breakfast eaten with Bengal gram curry. A mixture of rice flour, grated coconut, salt and water is steamed using a coconut shell or a hollow cylinder and topped with grated coconut. It can also be taken with other vegetarian or non-vegetarian curries and also with fruits like banana, mango and jack fruit.
