English: BUILT CIRCA 1765 BY CHARLES BINNS,SR. HIS SON, WILLIAM, INHERITED THE HOUSE IN 1801 AND ALTHOUGH HE DID NOT LIVE HERER THE EMPTY HOUSE WAS USED AS A REPOSITORY FOR GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS DURING THE WAR OF 1812 INCLUDING THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE.
