Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.4, stema comunei Uivar se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, spintecat de o bară verde.

În partea superioară, în câmp roșu, se află un postament cu 4 trepte din aur pe care este așezat un coif cu vizieră cu grilă din argint, încărcat cu o coroană de aur cu 9 perle.

Sub postament se găsește un vas din argint.

Pe bara verde se află 14 spice de aur, orientate dreapta sus, separate de o linie șerpuită de aur.

În vârful scutului, în câmp albastru, se află 3 grupuri de câte 4 valuri cu solzi din argint denivelate succesiv din stânga sus spre vârf.

Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumate

Cartierul roșu împreună cu coiful și postamentul evocă blazonul familiei Buttler Janos.

Coroana cu cele 9 perle indică rangul de conte al întemeietorului localității.

Vasul reprezintă importantele descoperiri arheologice, datând din neolitic.

Cartierul albastru împreună cu cele 3 nivele de valuri simbolizează ecluza de pe râul Bega.

Pe bara verde, separate de valul șerpuit, se sugerează 7 spice de păstrat și 7 spice de dat.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
