Română: Stema comunei Șerbăuți, județul Suceava, România.
Descrierea stemei: Stema comunei Șerbăuți se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite. În câmp roșu se află un cerb de argint, orientat spre dreapta. În colțul superior dreapta al scutului se află o cupă de aur. În mijlocul scutului se află un ecuson negru, având un crin dublu de aur. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Semnificațiile elementelor însumate: Cerbul era prezent în sigiliile localității de la 1857 și 1871, iar ortografierea austriacă redă denumirea localității – Scherboutz. Crinul dublu era prezent în sigiliile localității de la 1799 și 1804. Cupa reprezintă satul Călinești Cuparencu, fiind parte componentă a comunei. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
