"The minister of interrior Heikki Ritavuori died here in front of his home door on February 14th, 1922 from an assasin's bullet."
The engravings with figures are unrelated, they illustrate famous persons who have lived in the building – the one on the right being
Juho Kusti Paasikivi
, the 7th president of Finland (in office 1946–1956).
