English: Roman road towards Middle Winterslow, The Common, Wiltshire, Great Britain. This is part of the Roman road from Winchester (Venta) to Old Sarum (Sorviodvnvm), which can be traced for most of its length. Here it survives as a byway approaching Middle Winterslow and is part of the route of both the Monarch's Way and Clarendon Way long distance paths.
