Westansicht des Zisterzienserstiftes in der oberösterreichischen Gemeinde
Schlierbach
. Das Stift wurde 1355 von Eberhard V. von Wallsee als Frauenkloster gegründet und 1556 aufgelöst. 1620 erfolgte eine Neubesiedelung und Umwandlung in ein Männerkloster. Ab 1672 erfolgte unter Abt Nivard I. Geyregger ein vollständiger Neubau, der unter Abt Nivard II. Dierer (1696-1715) vollendet wurde.
