English: Lt. Commander Sean Conley, a native of Doylestown, Pa., who serves as an emergency physician and department head of trauma for NATO Role 3 Multinational Medical Unit, receives the Romanian Emblem of Honor ( Emblema de Onoare a Statului Major General ) from the 20th Infantry Battalion, Black Scorpions commander, for his heroic actions in saving a Romanian soldier at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, May 9, 2014.
