English: In the top image, the circle on the right is further from the light source than the wall on the left, resulting in a bulging of the circle's shadow. In the bottom image, the wall on the left is further from the light source than the circle on the right, resulting in a bulging of the wall's shadow. These images were rendered using the Cycles rendering engine in Blender.
