Sign over the main entrance in the west facade of John Adams High School located at 3817 Martin Luther King Drive in the Union-Miles Park neighborhood in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States.
John Adams High School was the first secondary school in the Union-Miles Park / Corlett area. It opened in 1923, closed in 1995, and was torn down in 1999. The school district sold the site to the city in 1999. The school district repurchased the site in 2003 and constructed a new, $36.8 million ($43,700,000 in 2016 dollars) John Adams High School on the site. It opened in the fall of 2006.
