Items (2)–(9) that were omitted from the Pravda article specify how salaries and dates of obligations that were to occur during 1–13 February (Julian) should be adjusted. (Decree "On the introduction of the Western European calendar") contains the complete Russian text of the decree. Since the document was published before the Reforms of Russian orthography were finalized in late 1918, the "old" Russian spelling is still used.
