Summary
Description Sri Lanka Weevil - Myllocerus undecimpustulatus, Butterfly World, Coconut Creek, Florida.jpg |
English:
Sri Lanka Weevil - Myllocerus undecimpustulatus, Butterfly World, Coconut Creek, Florida. This beetle was on the outside of the screen to Butterfly World's butterfly exhibit, so I wasn't sure if it was a local species, and submitted it to Bugguide. It is an invasive, but is firmly established in south Florida. The thorax and mouthparts reminds me of a squid.
