Description Coat of arms of Westminster Abbey: Attributed arms of King Edward the Confessor on a chief or on a pale the royal arms of King Henry VII between two Tudor roses . Assuming the royal arms are of King Henry VII, the first Tudor king, buried in Westminster Abbey, in the large chapel at the east end he built for himself, clearly a king with great significance for the Abbey. Unlikely to be the arms of his son Henry VIII who dissolved the Abbies.
