The area of town left a bit to be desired, the ambience left a lot to be desired, the service was typical Chinese, the prices were great, and the food was How Cha (Excellent). I'm talking the early `90s. In the mid `90s, so I am told, the mafia tried to put the bite on them. Rather than pay a percentage to crooks, they closed the doors for several years. They are re-opened now, 2012.
