Description
English: Steam engine with oscillating cylinders after the design by Joseph Maudslay, built in 1853 by J.&A. Blyth, London. Installed in the Austrian side-paddle tugboat Orsova . Operating pressure 0.2 MPa, power 73.6 kW.

Modified in 1866 to become a medium-pressure engine and modified in 1889 to become a compound engine. Bore 715 mm, stroke 1067 mm, rotational speed 33.5 rpm, operating pressure 0.65 MPa, power 470 kW.
