The Custis Tombs, also known as Custis cemetery at Arlington, is a historic family burial ground of the Custis Family and is the final resting place of John Custis who came to Virginia in 1649 and John Custis IV who was the father of Daniel Parke Custis, the first husband of Martha Washington. The Custis Tombs were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970. (70000850)
