Summary

Description
English: Still trying to make a dent in my massive backlog - these photos are from a trip I took to Carlsbad Cavern National Park in New Mexico and Guadalupe National Park just across the border in Texas. The was my first trip to Carlsbad in about 30+ years. The caverns are immense; I pretty much had the place to myself. It was interesting trying to shoot in the cavern due to the darkness and either artificial or near total lack of lighting, so there are some really long exposure shots here. All in all I love how the shots turned out. After the Caverns I drove to Guadalupe - it is a very small National Park and everything was closed. I might go back there in the future but I'm not sure there is a lot to see and do there.
