Newly constructed coal delivery facilities in the basement of a building in the Chicago Loop served by the Illinois Tunnel Company (later, the Chicago Tunnel Company). Bruce Moffat identifies the location as "a building on the north side of Monroe between Wells and LaSalle that was occupied by the Illinois Telephone Construction Company."
