Summary
Description Twickenham, St Mary's Church - geograph.org.uk - 164928.jpg |
English:
Twickenham: St Mary's Church. The odd mixture of building styles of the ragstone tower and red brick nave and chancel in this church is due to the fact that the original church collapsed in 1713, leaving just the tower. The church was quickly rebuilt and completed in 1714. The Twickenham Museum web page for the church is here
