Description Looking southward along U.S. Route 15 from the Smith Road overpass in Presho, New York. As of 2010, the US 15 freeway ends (heading southbound) at Smith Road and resumes at Watson Creek Road. A project to fill the gap is expected to be completed by 2012. For now, however, the four-lane, divided US 15 abruptly narrows into a two-lane, undivided highway south of the Smith Road exit, as shown in the background.
